需求获得视域下云南省山地旅游景区发展效率测评

摘要:

旅游业高质量发展时代,从需求角度对旅游景区发展效率进行更加深入的剖析,具有一定现实意义与决策参考。本研究以云南山地旅游景区为研究对象,以“需求获得”为着力点,对旅游景区发展效率进行类型划分和测评,并对其空间分布、时间演化、效率类型进行进一步阐释。结果表明:(1)城郊型旅游景区社会责任效率较高,经营特种业态的旅游景区供给效率较高,而旅游景区可持续效率普遍偏低;(2)空间上,供给效率和社会责任效率高值核分布区域为滇西北以及滇中区域,可持续效率则呈现从东北向西南递减的格局;(3)时间上,可持续效率呈现较弱态势,但具备向好发展的潜力,而供给效率与社会责任效率则体现出一定疲软状态。以“需求获得”为视角探讨山地旅游景区发展效率,为旅游发展效率赋予了高质量发展背景下新的时代含义,也为云南山地旅游景区乃至中国其他地方山地旅游提供一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:

In the era of high-quality tourism development, an in-depth analysis of the development efficiency of tourist attractions from the perspective of demand has certain practical significance and supports decision-making. Taking Yunnan mountain tourism scenic spots as the research area, and “demand satisfaction” as the focus, this paper categorizes and evaluates the development efficiency of scenic spots, and further explains their spatial distribution, time evolution, and efficiency types. The results show that: (1) The social responsibility efficiency of suburban scenic spots is high, the supply efficiency of scenic spots with special business types is high, and the sustainable efficiency of scenic spots is generally low. (2) From the spatial perspective, the high value regions of supply efficiency and social responsibility efficiency are located in northwest and central Yunnan, while the sustainable efficiency decreases from northeast to southwest. (3) In terms of temporal dimension, the sustainable efficiency is weak, though it has the potential to develop well; the supply efficiency and social responsibility efficiency are underperformed. This paper discusses the development efficiency of mountain tourism scenic spots from the perspective of “demand satisfaction”, which adds a new meaning to the tourism development efficiency under the background of high-quality development, and also provides some suggestions to the development of mountain tourism in Yunnan and other places in China.
